quantidade de exerc\u00edcio necess\u00e1ria para se manter saud\u00e1vel \u00e9 t\u00e3o difundida que a pr\u00f3pria Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial de Sa\u00fade (OMS) j\u00e1 recomendou esse n\u00famero como meta.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wall protected-content\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"31\" data-block-id=\"4\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Essa ideia se popularizou nos anos 1960, quando uma empresa japonesa lan\u00e7ou o primeiro contador de passos e fez uma grande campanha publicit\u00e1ria na \u00e9poca dos Jogos Ol\u00edmpicos de T\u00f3quio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"16\" data-block-id=\"5\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O dispositivo, chamado mempo-kei, estabelecia essa meta de 10 mil passos por dia (cerca de 8km).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"18\" data-block-id=\"6\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Desde ent\u00e3o, a comunidade cient\u00edfica vem active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"42\" data-block-id=\"19\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Cada mil passos extras al\u00e9m dos 4 mil est\u00e3o associados a uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o do risco de morte prematura em 15%, diz o estudo, at\u00e9 o limite de 20 mil passos (ou seja, mais exerc\u00edcio do que isso n\u00e3o traz benef\u00edcio extra).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"14\" data-block-id=\"20\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Pouco mais de 2,3 mil s\u00e3o j\u00e1 beneficiam o cora\u00e7\u00e3o e os vasos sangu\u00edneos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"34\" data-block-id=\"21\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Os pesquisadores confirmaram que a caminhada traz benef\u00edcios para pessoas de todas as idades e g\u00eaneros, independentemente de onde elas moram.
